About us
The Fit Nest is a boutique fitness studio located at 56870 E Colfax Ave. in Strasburg, Colorado. We offer a variety of services to the Eastern I-70 Corridor Community.
The Fit Nest has regularly scheduled fitness classes, Zumba Fitness classes, hosts special events, offers Zumbatomic themed birthday parties and more. We also offer home based fitness programs through our online fitness and distance coaching program.
Membership
It is free to become a member. Membership will allow you to receive updates, emails, and special offers. To become a member just click the "JOIN US" tab and enter your information. (You only need to pay if you register for a class or purchase a punch card.) Once your information has been received, you will get an initial password in your personal email account. You can later change that password using the link above the logout button.
